Do you offer refunds?

If Pack Leader isn't for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. See the refund policy.

How do I pay with American Express?

Choose PayPal. You can pay with any card saved in your PayPal account, including American Express.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes. Every payment is followed by an emailed invoice/receipt.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Choose the new plan here. It starts today with a new monthly period, and your previous plan stops renewing.
