Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

Cancel from Billing in your workspace, or email us. Cancellation stops future charges right away; you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.

14-day refund on your first payment

If Pack Leader isn't right for you, email admin@digiassets.co.il within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, to the card or PayPal account you paid with.

Renewals

Monthly renewals are not refunded once the new month has started, but you can cancel at any point so you are not charged again. If you were charged by mistake (for example after you cancelled), contact us and we will refund it.

How long a refund takes

We process refunds within 5 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take a few more days to show it.
