How to manage multiple businesses in Pack Leader
Short answer: each business gets its own workspace. Click + Add business in the sidebar, fill in Set up a new business, and click Save and run audit →. Switch between businesses with Switch business at the top of the sidebar. Your plan sets how many businesses you can have, from 1 on Free to 25 on Agency. All your businesses share one credit balance.
Add a business
- Click + Add business in the sidebar.
- Fill in Set up a new business: the business, up to 5 services and up to 5 competitors, the same fields as Brand identity. Use ✦ Fill in from website to fill it in faster.
- Click Save and run audit →. Pack Leader finds the business on Google Maps, picks any competitors you left empty, and starts the first audit. It takes about a minute.
Creating the business is free. Its first gap audit uses 5 credits, and its report runs a 5×5 local grid (10 credits).
If you already have a workspace for that Google profile, Pack Leader updates it instead of creating a second one.
Switch between businesses
Switch business appears in the sidebar once you have 2 or more businesses. Each option shows the name and city. With more than 8 businesses, a search box lets you find one by name, city or keyword.
Each workspace has its own link. Copy link (only you can open it) copies it: only your account can open it.

When you reach your limit, Pack Leader tells you how many businesses your plan includes and how many you have. Re-auditing a business you already have still works. To add more, choose a bigger plan on the pricing page.
If you downgrade
Nothing is deleted. Your oldest businesses, up to the new plan's limit, stay editable. The others become read-only, with a note that says so, until you upgrade again.
Credits across businesses
You have one credit balance for your account, shared by all your businesses. Every tool run in any workspace uses it. See how credits work.
Sharing and teams
There are no team seats yet. A workspace opens only for the account that created it; anyone else sees "Workspace not found". To show a client or partner a result, use Copy share link on a gap report. Anyone with that link can open the report, so share it only with people you trust.
Frequently asked questions
Do I get separate credits for each business?
No. You have one credit balance, shared across all your businesses. Daily tool limits are also counted per account, not per business.
Can I give a teammate or client access?
Not yet. A workspace opens only for the account that owns it. To show someone a report, use Copy share link on the report. Anyone with that link can open it.
Can I delete a business?
Not from the workspace yet. If you downgrade, nothing is deleted. To delete your whole account, see the privacy policy.
What happens if I add the same business twice?
Pack Leader updates the workspace you already have, and merges duplicate workspaces for the same Google profile automatically.
